The Workspaces feature in QC One helps users manage and navigate between multiple linked organization and licensee environments more easily. It provides a centralized view of all available environments and reduces confusion about which environment is currently active.
Workspaces are available through a dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the QC One interface.
About Workspaces
Workspaces display contextual information to help you always understand where you are working. The currently active workspace is shown at the top of the dropdown and in the main navigation bar, making it easy to confirm which environment you are using.
Below this, the dropdown lists the four most recently used workspaces, ordered with the most recent at the top.
If you have access to more than five workspaces, you can select All my workspaces to open a complete list of every available workspace and switch to any environment as needed.
Here you can switch to any workspace by hovering on the right side of the workspace tile and clicking on the ‘Switch to workspace’ button.
