Understanding Inspector Seats

An inspector seat allows a user access to inspections within a specific workspace. To work in multiple workspaces, a user must have an inspector seat assigned in each workspace they need access to. For example, if a user works across six different workspaces, they will need one inspector seat in each of those six workspaces.

Only users with the Administrator role can assign inspector seats. If you encounter any difficulties with seat assignments or if additional seats are required, please contact the QC One Support Team for assistance. We’re here to ensure smooth and effective use of the Inspector Seats feature.
