Inspection Method Functionality in QC One
The Inspection Method feature in QC One is designed to make managing inspection data simpler and more efficient. All related inspection details — including sampling methods, sample sizes, weights, and remarks — are conveniently handled within the Remarks screen.
This consolidated design ensures that users can review, edit, and finalize inspection information in one place, reducing the need to navigate between multiple screens.
Working with the Inspection Method
To manage inspection data, follow these steps:
Open the Remarks screen.
Select your preferred Sampling Method if you wish to use one different from the default setting.
Enter the Sample Size (the number of samples you wish to inspect).
Add the Net Weight of a single sample, or specify the Count if the chosen method is “Count.”
Enter Minor and Major Remarks.
This workflow provides a clear, logical process for recording inspection data and related remarks in one location.
