Inspector groups explained
QC One inspections can be assigned to a specific user but sometimes the same inspection should be available to multiple quality inspectors. Creating Inspector groups will help you assign 1 inspection to multiple inspectors at once.
Additionally, creating Inspector Groups enhances clarity and streamlines the inspection process for quality inspectors. They will only see inspections relevant to their role, rather than being overwhelmed with all inspections. For businesses with multiple coolstores, expert teams, or locations, Inspector Groups allow for targeted filtering, ensuring each group only views the inspections specific to them.

FAQ
1. The user that I want to add to an inspector group is not present in the list
Only inspectors that already exist in the ‘'Users’' screen overview can be added to an Inspector group. If you can’t add an inspector to an Inspector group, make sure to check whether they already exist as a user.
2. I am importing inspections through excel pallet lists. How do I assign these inspections to Inspector groups?
Even imported inspections can be assigned to inspector groups. You can add the Inspector group name into the excel document in the field ‘'Inspector’' and upload this as usual. Make sure that the name that you fill in matches 100% with the name that you can find in the Inspector groups page (capitals and spaces must match as well).
