I want to log into my account, but I can't... there could be two reasons that you cannot access your account, you either forgot your password, typed in the correct email address associated with your account, or you are not a registered user in QC One yet. Here below, we explain what you could do.
Forgot Password?
To renew your password, simply follow these steps:
1. Click on 'Forgot your password?'
You will be directed to fill in your email address to start the password renewal process, just follow these steps.
2. Enter your email address
3. Click 'Send me reset instructions'
You will then receive an instruction email from QC One on how to reset your password.
Email not found?
Important, if we are unable to find your email address, you:
Either have entered the incorrect address, or,
The account has not been associated to an organisation of which access is granted to QC One. Please read these instructions
