At QC One, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help whenever you encounter issues or need assistance. We’ve designed several ways for you to reach out to our customer support team so that you can choose the option that’s most convenient for you.

1. (In-Portal) Support Chat

The QC One portal offers a convenient support chat to assist users with any questions or issues. Simply click the orange chat icon in the lower-right corner of the portal to connect directly with the Support team. To ensure the team can assist you quickly and efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible about the problem, including relevant screenshots or error messages. The more specific your description, the faster the Support team can help resolve your issue.

2. Email support

Alternatively, if you prefer email communication, hover over your profile settings and click the Support button. This will open your email software, allowing you to send a detailed message to the Support team ([email protected]) at your convenience.
