At QC One, we understand that timely access to reports and inspection data is essential for smooth collaboration. We regularly receive requests from users who would like to be added to QC One, for example, to view or download reports.
Important to know:
QC One provides the platform and technical infrastructure, but the management of user accounts and access rights is entirely the responsibility of the organization that issued the report (the issuer). Only this organization can decide who is granted access to their reports and data within QC One.
What does this mean for you?
If you do not yet have access to QC One but expect to based on your role or collaboration with a client,
please contact the responsible contact person within the organization that issued the report directly.QC One cannot and may not add users on behalf of clients or report-issuing organizations.
Once the issuer has created and authorized your account, you will automatically receive an invitation by email to access QC One.
Why this procedure?
Data Security: Only the report-issuing party knows who should have access to their confidential information.
Compliance: This approach aligns with applicable privacy and compliance requirements within the sector.
Efficiency: This keeps user management clear and in line with our clients’ internal processes.
