Having trouble connecting to QC One?

We’re currently experiencing some connectivity issues that may affect access to the QC One Inspector app.

Our team is on top of fixing the problem. In the meantime we’ve identified a few workarounds that may help restore access:

Option 1If you’re logged in:

  1. Log out

  2. Log back in
    ✅ If it works, you’re good to go!
    ❌ If not, try Option 2

Option 2If you’re logged in:

  1. Log out

  2. Hard/force close the QC One app

  3. Open QC One again

  4. Log in
    ✅ If it works, great!
    ❌ If not, try Option 3

Option 3If you’re logged in or not logged in:

  1. Delete the QC One app

  2. Reinstall the app

  3. Log in
    ⚠️ Please note: reinstalling may result in local inspection data loss.

Option 4If you’re logged out:

  1. Hard/force close the QC One app

  2. Open QC One again

  3. Log in
