Option 1 – If you’re logged in:
Log out
Log back in
✅ If it works, you’re good to go!
❌ If not, try Option 2
Option 2 – If you’re logged in:
Log out
Hard/force close the QC One app
Open QC One again
Log in
✅ If it works, great!
❌ If not, try Option 3
Option 3 – If you’re logged in or not logged in:
Delete the QC One app
Reinstall the app
Log in
⚠️ Please note: reinstalling may result in local inspection data loss.
Option 4 – If you’re logged out:
Hard/force close the QC One app
Open QC One again
Log in
