Creating specifications

Specifications are where your quality requirements come to life. This is where you define exactly what needs to be checked, measured, or confirmed during inspections.

These are the steps to create a new specification:

  1. Navigate to Library → Specifications

  2. Click on ‘'New Specification’'

  3. Select the wanted licensee (only applicable for users who work in multiple workspaces)

  4. Click on ‘'New Specification’'

Good to know:

Only the users with the user role Administrator can create and edit specifications.
