Step 1: Create a new inspection manually

Tap the blue “+” at the bottom to start a new inspection.

Enter the inspection details (e.g., inspection type, location, date).

Step 2: Add a unit to the inspection

Add a unit to the inspection.

Select the unit from the list or use the search bar to find it.

Step 3: Record unit data

Fill out the data fields for the unit.

  • Tap the keyboard to enter text.

  • Tap the camera icon to take a photo.

  • Manage captured photos (e.g., view, delete, retake).

Step 4: Enter remarks

Enter your remarks for the unit.

The system (QC One) automatically calculates the total number of remarks.

Step 5: Record parameters

Fill in all parameter fields. These may include different types:

  • Date selection

  • Numeric inputs

  • Single- or multiple-choice fields

Step 6: Add a comment for the unit

Add a comment for the unit if necessary.

Step 7: Complete the inspection

Once all units are added and edited:

  • Tap “Complete Inspection.”

  • Add a final comment for the overall inspection if needed.

The device will automatically sync and send the report to the portal.

Note: Ensure your internet connection is active to successfully complete synchronization and data transfer.
