Inspection Method types

1. Count – remark percentages are based on the total count of the inspected product

Required fields to fill: Size/count and Sample Size
Calculation total count: Size/count * Sample Size

2. Weight – remark percentages are based on the total weight of the inspected product

Required fields to fill: Net weight and Sample Size
Calculation total weight: Net weight * Sample Size

3. Manual – remark percentages are based on the sample size of the inspected product

Required fields to fill: Sample size
Calculation sample size: Sample size

Changing Inspection Method

A default Inspection Method can be set in the QC One portal per product and inspection type but it can always be changed within an inspection by clicking on the Sampling method field and choosing one of the 3 options from the list on the right side.
